5022 Elsby Project – Senior Capstone
For my senior interior design capstone at the University of North Texas, I developed the 5022 Elsby Project, a high-end custom residential design focused on balancing luxury aesthetics with efficient construction methods. The home was designed as a modern single-family residence emphasizing natural light, material richness, and spatial flow.

A major component of the project examined the differences between traditional stick-built and panelized prefabricated construction, comparing cost, environmental impact, and project timeline. I integrated this research into a full design proposal that included detailed construction documentation, 3D renderings, and material specifications tailored to a luxury builder client.

The 5022 Elsby Project represents my approach to evidence-based design—merging creativity with practicality to produce a home that is both beautiful and buildable.
